If you need to start a warranty claim, you need to click the “start a warranty claim” link found within the product registration confirmation email you will have received when you registered your product. If you no longer have access to this email, please contact us for assistance.
If you have already started a warranty claim and would like to view it, you can do so by logging into the My Terberg warranty area.
